Landscape fleet management for trucks, trailers, mowers, and crews.

Hour-meter PMs on the mowers, mileage PMs on the trucks, applicator licenses on the crews — Fleet Service 365 manages it all in one platform without hardware lock-in.

The reality on site

The problems landscape fleets keep running into.

Mixed asset fleets get treated like vehicle-only fleets
Trucks, enclosed trailers, zero-turn mowers, walk-behind mowers, blowers, sprayers, generators — most fleet platforms bolt equipment on as an afterthought, with the truck record as the only first-class asset.
Hour meters and mileage meters live separately
A landscape company runs both, often on the same job — and most platforms force you to pick one as the primary meter. The mower's 500-hr deck belt and the truck's 5K-mi PM end up in two different tools.
Applicator licenses follow the seasonal calendar
Spring is renewal season, the busy season is the off-cycle for licensing, and the surprise lapsed cert always happens on a Tuesday in May. Tucking it into a custom field on the operator record is how it gets missed.
Theft and seasonality
Equipment goes missing — handhelds disappear off trailers, mowers walk out of yards. Equipment is seasonal — half the fleet sits on blocks from December to March. Most fleet tools don't help with either.
The FS365 difference

Four things landscape fleets get with FS365.

Meters

First-class hour AND mileage meters on the same asset.

Run both on a tractor with a PTO meter, both on a service truck with a generator, or both on anything you depreciate. Service tasks scope to a single meter — no bare "due at 500" that could mean odometer or hours.

  • Hour meters and mileage meters as first-class records
  • Multi-meter assets: tractor PTO, truck generator, dual-axis equipment
  • PM templates scope cleanly — no ambiguous "due at 500"

Operator credentials

Operator renewals for applicator licenses and CDLs.

Pesticide applicator licenses (state-by-state), CDL where required, OSHA training, equipment certifications — all first-class, with configurable due-soon alerts in days, weeks, or months. The lapsed cert never has to happen on a Tuesday in May.

  • State applicator certifications by category and tier
  • CDL, OSHA-30, equipment certifications, recurring training
  • Alerts in days, weeks, or months — well before peak season

Our hardware. Your call on where to use it.

Run Fleet Service 365 with no hardware at all and log meter readings manually from a phone. Add our purpose-built FS365 trackers on the high-value assets where theft and idle visibility matter — leave the walk-behinds and blowers off-grid.

  • Run with zero hardware — manual meter entry from a phone
  • FS365 GPS, hardwired asset, and AI dashcam options
  • Track high-value mowers and trailers, leave handhelds off-grid

Issues

Issues with photos and dual-axis due.

Snap a photo of a damaged deck on a mower, create the issue from a phone, and the shop sees it before the trailer makes it back to the yard. Sequential, sayable numbers, priorities, dual-axis dues, and an append-only notes timeline.

  • Sayable issue numbers (ISS-1042, not a UUID)
  • Photos attached from the field — shop sees it before the trailer rolls in
  • Append-only timeline + structured resolution codes

Crew-tested details

Built for the way landscape actually works.

A few of the things landscape crews tell us they actually use every week.

Multi-fuel-type fuel logging
Diesel trucks, gasoline mowers, 2-stroke handhelds — log fuel by fuel type and asset, with cost rolling up correctly across the fleet.
Photos & PDFs everywhere
Inspection records, theft documentation, vendor invoices, equipment certificates — attached directly on the asset, the issue, or the work order.
Archive controls for seasonal assets
Mark seasonal equipment archived in winter so it stays out of active reports and PM schedules — without losing history when it comes back online.
Mobile-first for crew leaders
Crew leaders work off a phone in the field. Log fuel, report issues, snap photos, update meter readings — Fleet Service 365 is a PWA on every modern device.
Open by design

Your fleet, your AI.

Most fleet vendors are racing to build their own AI copilot — locked to one model, sold as a premium add-on. Fleet Service 365 ships a native MCP server, the open standard for connecting AI assistants to systems. Ask any MCP-compatible AI in plain English.

FAQ · Landscape

Questions landscape fleets ask first.

Yes. Hour meters are first-class. Combine with mileage meters on the same asset where needed — tractors with PTO meters, service trucks with generators, anything with two clocks.
Yes — every state, every tier. State pesticide applicator certifications, structural and ornamental categories, recurring CEU training, all in a first-class operator-credentials module.
Yes — up to 3 assets, forever. No credit card required.
