You don't need to replace your existing hardware. Connect your provider to FS365 in minutes — Standard pulls in maintenance and compliance data from your existing feed, and Pro adds live GPS tracking, geofencing, and driver behavior scoring on top. Keep your current hardware contract and get FS365's maintenance depth alongside it.
No. The 14-day trial is fully open — no credit card, no usage caps. Add a payment method whenever you decide to continue.
Anything you track as a unit: vehicles, trailers, equipment, generators, etc. One asset = one bill line, regardless of how many inspections, WOs, or users it touches.
You're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your annual term, calculated to the day. If you add 5 assets 6 months into your term, you pay for 6 months on those assets — not a full year. Removals take effect at your next renewal date.
Move it to "Archived" and it drops off your bill on the next cycle. All history stays intact and searchable.
When you add a 4th asset or invite a second user, you'll be prompted to choose Standard or Pro. Your data carries over automatically — nothing is lost. You can also upgrade at any time from your account settings without waiting for a limit. Annual billing starts from the day you upgrade, and any assets added mid-year are prorated to the day.
