Anything you track as a unit: vehicles, trailers, equipment, generators, etc. One asset = one bill line, regardless of how many inspections, WOs, or users it touches.
Yes — Standard and Pro can be mixed. If you only need real-time hardware for a few assets, purchase Pro for those and cover the remaining assets in your fleet with Standard.
Move it to "Archived" and it drops off your bill on the next cycle. All history stays intact and searchable.
Yes - Once you add a fourth asset or another user, billing will be required. At that point, you will be billed per asset, and all Standard features will become available. You can also unlock Standard features at any time by enabling billing, at which point you will be billed per asset.
